B) PAYMENT METHOD

The form of payment is the following:

• US $3,000 for reservation.

• 30 days after reservation, a 10% should be paid with the contract signing.

• 40% divided into 4 payments of 10% each during construction, the choice of dates for these payments is at the buyer's option.

• 50% upon delivery of the property.

Upon delivery, the buyer may opt for direct financing with the seller at a reasonable interest rate and a term of 8 years. To opt for financing, the buyer must undergo a process to evaluate their credit history and ability to pay, leaving the seller to decide whether to grant financing or not.

C) DATE OF START AND DELIVERY

• Construction starts in May 2023.-

A) RESUMEN DEL PROYECTO

· Condominio compuesto por 4 edificios, cada uno contiene 24 unidades de apartamentos debidamente identificados en planos, para un total de 96 apartamentos.

· 32 Unidades de dos dormitorios 115 m2 c/u

· 64 Unidades de un dormitorio de 86 m2 c/u

· Todas las unidades tienen vista a la piscina

· Cada edificio contiene 14 terrazas con baño y bbq en el quinto piso, estas terrazas son opcionales y tienen un precio adicional el cual se muestra en lista de precios. El área de construcción varia entre una y otra. Doce (12) de ellas miran a la piscina y dos (2) tienen vista hacia atrás.

· Cada edifico está dotado de un elevador para 8 pasajeros y una escalera de servicio.

· Lobby 

· Amplia piscina y gazebo con área de bbq.

B) FORMA DE PAGO

La forma de pago es la siguiente:

· La suma de US $3,000 para separación.

· A los 30 días de la separación se formaliza el contrato y se paga el 10%.

· Un 40% dividido en 4 pagos del 10% durante la construcción, queda a opción del comprador la elección de las fechas para estos pagos.

· El 50% a la entrega del Inmueble.

· A la entrega, el comprador podrá optar por un financiamiento directo con el vendedor a una tasa de interés razonable y un tiempo de 8 años. Para optar por el financiamiento, el comprador deberá someterse a un proceso para evaluar su historial crediticio y capacidad de pago, quedando a opción del vendedor decidir si otorga el financiamiento o no.
